If you are over 65, or over 50 if you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, we help to support you to stay in your own home and participate in community events and enjoy everyday life.

Individualised Service

Some of the Services We Can Help You With:

Domestic Assistance

General house cleaning, unaccompanied shopping delivered to home; support with washing.

Personal Care

Assistance with self-care, and self-administration of medication. .​

Social Support Individual

Visiting, telephone, accompanied activities eg shopping.

Social Support group

Morning / afternoon tea, lunch, day excursions, tai chi, hoy, hydrotherapy.

Meal Delivery

Meals delivered to your home.

Home Maintenance

Minor home repairs and maintenance. Lawn Mowing and general garden maintenance.

Transport

To activities, appointments.

Referrals

To specialised services.

Common Questions We Get Asked

People aged 65 and over or 50 and over if you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, who require basic support to remain living independently in their own home.

We fund most of the cost for the service provided to you, however a small contribution from you is required.

CHSP is for basic support and care. Contact the Regional Assessment Service 1800 200 422

If you can’t call personally, anyone with your consent can refer you to us – family, carers, friends or health professionals.

We receive a referral from ‘My Aged Care’, and then one of our staff, a Services Coordinator will visit with you to discuss your needs & services availability.

If that all sounds good to you, then your Services Coordinator will work to develop a personalised care plan just for you.

Maybe you don’t match the criteria for funded services though you can still access the same level of support. However, our full fees would be payable by you but they are often a lot less than those from the private sector.
